A metallic device which protrudes horizontally from a gun barrel, and is used by a gun commander to select and/or designate a target to, or check the "on target" sight of, the gunner. It consists of a split collar which clamps on the gun barrel, a projecting arm(s) which supports a tube parallel to the gun, with front and rear sights fitted on, or into, the ends of the tube. The rear sight has azimuth and elevation boresighting adjustments. Excludes sight, front; sight, rear; sight, bore, breech and sight, bore, muzzle.
