Instanteye is a quad-rotor vertical takeoff and landing small unmanned aircraft system that provides real time surveillance to users. Equipped with three electro-optical cameras and two eye safe ir light emitting diodes on the bottom of the aircraft. System components include: two air vehicles, one ground control station, three batteries, one commercial off-the-shelf battery charger, one set of spare propellers, and hard-shell case.
