An item designed for use in a carburetor assembly which measures the amount of air aspirated by the engine. The tube is wasp waisted and expanded at ends. The reduction in the cross section of the tube increases air velocity thus creating a corresponding vacuum at the point of least cross section. Also known as a choke tube.
