A complete unit consiting of a can puncturing device and combination coalescing/activated carbon filter. the puncturing unit threads directly into the bung of any 20, 30, or 55 gallon drum. it has a filter with a replaceable carbon element where microscopic liquids are collected from the escaping propellent. liquids collect into the drum and empty cans ready for recycling. drums not included.
