An engineered panel composed of an assembly of layers of plies of veneer joined with a moisture-resistant or 100 pct. Waterproof glueline. The grain of alternate layers is perpendicular. The face, back, and inner plies are almost always a softwood species as described in recognized standards. This plywood is most widely used for construction purposes.
