An instrument that senses, measures, and indicates the amount of relative humidity in the atmosphere. It consists of two liquid-in-glass thermometers, one of which is equipped with a wick. Air movement (aspiration) is effected by slinging the instrument about, by use of blower, fan or the like; or the instrument may be used with no forced circulation of air.
