An item consisting of a base, a dipper arm with applicator, a lever for operation of the dipper arm, and a clamp for holding a drawing ink bottle. It is so designed that by depressing the lever a drawing pen may be filled by using only one hand. A round recess is provided in the base for positioning the ink bottle.
