Restraint, disposable, tri-fold, double cuff designed to restrain detainees with hands behind back, sitting with hands behind back and knees bent, sitting with hands in front and knees bent; tamper resistant; one-direction "teeth" mechanism; tensile strength of 320 lbs; expanded strap provides 6.25-inch diameter, pre-formed loops; straps can be loaded for rapid application once expanded (both restraints pulled simultaneously); designed to allow each strap to fold in three (3) locations for compact storage.
