A prepared liquid concentrate of 14a fluorescent powder, wetting agents, antifoaming agents and long lasting rust inhibitors. Pkg as a liquid concentrate. Graduated plastic bottle holds 800 ml enough to make up to 10 gallons of water bath. This product is added directly to water.
