Black pliable rubber; c/o five 0.750 in. Wide straps extending center of harness; each strap has 0.500 in. Diameter indentation on both sides of strap at farthest end from center for attaching harness to breathing mask snaps; straps are marked temple, head, temple, neck and neck to indicate which mask snap applies; harness fits back of head
