General Description:
Template consists of 1-template- 10954498, 2-hook-ms-87006-13, 1-chain- 42-c-15120-205 12 links (1 ft approx), 1-gage-10941457; template will read- gage for sprocket 10954052 m108/9 vehicles reverse sprockets when wear on drive side is 1/8 inch.Reverse again when wear is 1/4 inch.Reverse a 3rd time when wear on drive side is 3/8 inch.Reverse a 4th time when wear on drive side is 1/2 inch.Replace sprockets when wear is 1/2 inch on both sides of tooth or when center guide hits sprocket hub; apply letters 3/16 min high 1/16 space between lines by metal stamp or etch and as shown on detroit arsenal drawing number 10954499
