The drum shall be of double wall construction; the combined plies making up the sidewall (outer shell plus inner tube) shall have a min thickness of 0.108 in. And a min dry bursting strength of 900 psi; the drum top and bottom shall consist of multiples of fiberboard with the outer plies containing a polyethylene moisture barrier; the cover and bottom shall be wax dipped, one in.
