The assembly consists of a cast aluminum chassis p/n 16c0716-9, dust cover p/n 16c0717-1, 8 accelerometers nsn 6680-01-071-4924, 4 electrical harnesses p/n h16c0718-1, 4 external connectors; all accelerometers in assembly are identical; 4 are aligned within the assembly to sense acceleration along the normal axis and 4 for sensing lateral acceleration; each accelerometer is an entirely self contained, analog closed-loop sensing transducer with solid state electronics; power: +/- 15 vdc; each accelerometer generates an electrical signal of 0.417 volt per g; accelerometer ouput range is +12.0 to -12.0 g's
