Digital data word is inserted into the master transmitter voltage controlled oscillator. Generates the sum of 3 discrete range tones (213, 240, 270khz. These tones are inserted into the data stream at the master station phase modulator input. Uplink word generator is capable of varying the uplink word to interrogate any one of the 7 remote stations and to call transponder id number 1 to 255.
