By 1.50 in., item provides the means to form two 20 degree angle bends on certain central computer replacement integrated cirucit leads, leaving a 0.054 in.Extension on each lead end to be flush to the surface of the flatpack within 0.010 in. T.I.R., and cutoff at 0.445 in.
