Radius tip is passed over the defect; consists of a rod 6 in. Lg, machined to a conical shape at one end w/a 0.030 in. Radius ball brazed to the end; 1 in. Of the ball-end would be bent 60 deg. To the 5 in. Handle axis; a lg pt of the handle is knurled
