A pump rotor or impeller c/o 2 gears, the outer gear having internal teeth, inner gear has external teeth, the inner gear 1 to 2 teeth less then the outer gear, is mounted to messh eccentric w/the outer gear, the space between the teeth of the 2 meshing gears creates a positive displacement of fluid f/the inlet port of the rotary pumps
