Modification kit to modify m110 7.62mm weapons to m110k1 carbine configuration. The kit consists of a hard case with soft case insert, an m110 carbine upper receiver assembly, and a mk110k1 carbine buttstock assembly kit. The installation of the modification kit reduces the length oal of the weapon system from 42.25 inches collapsed buttstock to 36 inches oal reduction 6.25 inches or 13.5 percent, reduces weight from 15.60 lbs to 13.04 lbs, 2.56 lb.Reduction, or 16.4 percent.
