Bd simultest cd3/cd16+cd56 is a two-color direct immunofluorescence reagent for enumerating percentages of mature human natural killer (nk) lymphocytes in erythrocyte-lysed whole blood (lwb); nk lymphocytes, identified as cd3- and cd16+ and/or cd56+ have been shown to mediate cytotoxicity against certain tumors and virus-infected cells; the simultest cd3/cd16+cd56 reagent, sufficient for 50 tests, is provided in 1 ml of buffered saline with gelatin and 0.1 % sodium azide
