8container, cnu-595/e is a controlled breathing, rectangular, mid-opening container of extruded aluminum. Cntr. C/o: three major assemblies: a base assembly., a cover assembly., and a cradle assembly. The base and cover are joined together by a sealing gasket and secured by over-the-center latches. It also incorporates a shock mitigating system to protect (1) slam-er aur during shipping and handling, a missile restraint system, and a complete insensitive munitions sympathetic detonation (imsd) protection system.
