C/o 2 parts: forward end made of sae 4130 stl w/special tempering for dimensional stability; its final hardness is 36-40 rockwell "c" scale. Black xide finish; aft end is an assembly of a modified lock nut, a cradle made of anodized 6061 aluminum and misc components of hardened steel; forward end is a large cylindrical piece that simulatesthe mass properties and approx geometry 0f the compressor rotor. It has a prrcision rabbet and bolt circle for interface w/frnt shaft of hpt rotor and has captive hook bolts for secruing thethe tooling to the rotor
