General Description:
Mounting bolt length to be 0.500 in. Plus bench thickness; drill 3 hole 0.375 in. Diameter on 3.593 in r. 120 degrees bc, use 0.312-18 bolts; 50 cycle, 725/1450 rpm, equipped with three-wire cords and plugs for connection to standard grounded type receptacles; plumbing bowl is tapped for 1.000 in. Npt drain connection; operation in the preparation of metallographic, petrographic and ceramographic samples; maintenance, thoroughly cleaned at regular intervals to prevent contamination; attachments whirlimet 60-1528 to convert to semi-automatic, will simultaneously process three 11 in., 1.250 in. Or 1.500 in. Sections in the rough and final polishing stages, for polishing petrographic and ceramographic use petro-thin 60-1568 this attachment will accept three holder for 27 by 46 mm petrographic slides or three dual-type holders for 1.000 in.
