General Description:
110v; 60 hz; single phase, heat chamber inside diameter 1.5 in., chamber lg 3.0 in.; includes pbf finger grips; heats components or subassemblies to heat treat, shrink, seal, bond, solder or brazing; two controls; temperature 300-800 degrees c; semi-auto loading/unloading; temp controlled; time cycle; c/o control unit, heater unit, finger grip part support; applies shrink tubing to insulated wires and reflows solder on solder ring sleeve; operation method - part to be heated is placed in component holders, press start button, chamber opens, component lowered into heater, heater closes for pre-set cycle time, when cycle completed part auto. Lifted to loading position, remove by operator, replace with next one
