Iaw navy 502-8435691 special note s-1. The purpose of scd-74886 is to remove orifice plate assembly from measureflo valve body (v4) & replace with new orifice plate repair kit (f1). Etch out existing 80 gpm stamp on valve body & restamp with 70 gpm.
