Mfg description: interface control unit (icu) acts as the central processor of the intercommunication system.All radio and navigation assets are connected to the icu as is the mil-std-1553 bus, warning signals and cockpit recorder. The icu, under software control, provides audio interconnections requested by either the mission computeror a crewmember.
