Plate, lug, handle, pin are steel; pad material chloroprene; handle length is approximately 18.5 inches long; 45 degree angle at base; 4 inches from base plate handle is 3.25 inch radii at 15 degree bend; top of handle is chamfered 45 degrees; lug is welded on handle 7.32 inches up from bottom of handle w/drilled through hole 0.25 inch diameter to accomodate pin which is tack welded in place
