Is mounted holding it in suspension; inner container is 25.5 in. Lg, 24.0 in. Wd, 28.0 in. H; has 4 handles and 8 low profile 1/4 turn catches; outer container is 37.0 in sq and 38.0 in. H; lid and base are lined with polyurethane foam forming a snug fit for inner container; has 4 handles and 14 low profile 1/4 turn catches; both lids have continuous gaskets; both containers have pressure/vacuum relief valves and interlock/anti-shear stops
