General Description:

Dual level control valve, electromechanical flow control device used in aircraft fuel system to control fuel level in tanks during tank-to-tank transfer and aerial/ground re-fueling operations; consist of dual floats, dual solenoids, dual diaphrams and dual poppets; normally closed; with both solenoids de-energized & floats up, flow will not occur; w/either solenoid energized or either float down, flow will occur
