Pen shall consist of a plastic round upper wide barrel of 14.2 +/- 1mm (0.55 +/- 0.04 in.) diameter, burgundy color barrel to indicate black ink, metal plunger cover and pocket clip, metal shall be nickel silver finish; lower barrel shall consist of a smooth silicone rubber ribbed grip with a removable metal nickel silver finish nose cone tip for refill cartridge replacement; ink cartridge shall contain black permanent ink with medium point non-corrosive ball; cartridge shall write a distance of 750 meters (2460 ft.); the length of the pen shall be 140 +/- 5mm (5.5 +/- 0.2 in.)
