General Description:

Plastic; w/steel aperature plate containing a 3.0 mm id central hole, and a set of meta spacers 10 cm and 15 cm long respectively; phantom contains a helix of 12 lead numbers mtd 1 to 12 mm above base, and four copper mesh strips w/0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0 holes per mm imbeded in a plastic plate; for use in determinion of exposure uniformity, cut level accuracy, and fulcrum stability of tomographic x-ray units
