Establishes the performance, design, development and test requirements for a closed loop liquid heat exchanger; unit is intended for cooling a load of 4.4 killowatts produced by electronic equipment mounted in a shipboard electronic warfare system; reservoir shall be pressurized to maintain a positive static pressure of 0.5 to 30 psi at highest point of total fluid system; indicatorsshall be used to read out coolant pressure, flow, flow rate, temperature and coolant filter condition; input power is single phase power derived from a 3 phase delta connected 60 hertz source with a voltage of 115 volts rms line to line; a filter cartridge of 60 micron shall be placed in series with the coolant flow; reservoir size shall be 9 gallons
