A biodegradable solvent alternative containing a blend of non-petroleum and non-chlorinated solvents, formulated for use as a wipe solvent to replace conventional solvents currently used. A 160-degrees f. Flash point makes it safer to use than solvents. It may be diluted to 33% in water and filtered for reuse. It offers excellent cleaning solvency and residue free cleaning of surfaces
