C300 television-interference (tvi) encoder is a compact, low power encoder that enables high quality real-time, low latency video to be viewed over narrow bandwidth networks including gprs and 3g telecoms networks, satellite networks, tactical ip radios and the internet. Kit includes power supply, 3g antenna, and dongle with software.
