Carrier incorporates a removal interior cummerbund, as well as internal plate pockets in both 8" x 10" x 1"; internal plate ockets also soften edges and reduce plate's signature; has non-elastic shoulder straps to support the weight of the plates; both shoulder straps and outer cummerbunds are removable for easy replacement
