General Description:

One 10 li carboy; used to: cause an instantaneous change to the red cells rendering them optically invisible to laser light scatter at the four measured angles; maintain the light scattering properties of the white cells for the duration of the measurement period; serve as a sheath fluid for the hydrodynamic focusing process; provide sufficient wetting action to prevent accumulation of air bubbles in the flow cell
