General Description:
The brush shall be designed and fabricated for use as a grooming tool for dogs. The brush shall consist of bubble head pin bristles imbedded in an elastomer pad, which is in turn secured to a head with an integral handle. The handle shall extend from one end of the head, and shall be aligned with the long axis of the brush. The brush and brush head shall have an oval shape. Thepins shall extend a uniform distance from the elastomer pad, and the pad shall be slightly convex.
