General Description:
Item consists of one plate, 5" lg, 2.75" w, 0.25" thk welded to bottom of drawbar; two stiffners, 5" lg, 2" w, 0.25" thk welded to top and bottom of ear end of drawbar; four ears, 3" lg, 1.25" w, 0.3125" thk two ears welded to each side of drawbar (one above the other) with 0.5625" between them; two stiffners, 1.75" lg, 1.1875" w, 0.24" thk welded at 45deg angle along back of each pair of ears to side of drawbar
