Powered by a .27-caliber, short, rim fired, crimped power load, piston and fastener recessed in the tool guide by a ramrod to produce low recoil and reduce fastener stress; recessed pistons to accept the threaded portion of studs, to provide fastener guidance, and to insure that the threads are not driven into the work surface; designened to install the following fasteners in concrete or steel as applicable; nails w/smooth shanks up to 3 in. In concrete, nails w/knurled shanks up to 2-1/2 in. In steel, threaded studs w/smooth shank 1/4-20 up to 1-1/2 in. Lg threaded for concrete w/broad base plate
