General Description:

C/o a upper tube, and a lower tube that nests with, and is free to slide in, the upper tube. Force applied to the handle grips and foot brace on the upper tube is transmitted through the lower tube to the rudder pedal. The magnitude of the applied force is indicated on a 0-120 lb compression gage against which the lower tube bears through a detent. An angle bob in the upper tube measures the angle of the tool (and applied force) with respect to horizontal, and permits calculation of the horizontal force component
