Used to sevice aircraft struts; fills the shock strut to the proper level with hydraulic fluid and inflated the strut with dehydrated nitrogen to acheive proper extension; includes diesel engine driven high pressure pump with pressure compensator micronic filters, one 40 gal fresh oil tnk-1 40 gal waste oil tank-40 ft of high pressure hose on 2 retractable hose reels; can be towed by a vehicle at speeds not to exceed 10mph
