Upon receipt, store the tmb solution (k-tmb1), 10x wash buffer (k-1701) and stop solution (k-stop) at 4 degree celcius, the remainder of the kit should be stored at minus degrees celcius protected from light; each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 assays in microtiter plate (80 sample wells plus 16 wells for standard curve and blank in duplicate)
