Ggyro is a 2 degrees of freedom, dry flexure suspended tuned rotor gyro, hermetically sealed, with special rotating flexure suspension mounted to one end of rotating shaft. The flexure supports and pivots the inertial flywheel, a compensator is tuned to eliminate pivot restraints, the other shaft end is driven by a synchronous motor. The variable inductance pickoff provides electrical signals in proportion to case displacement angles about its 2 orthogonal axes
