The kc-10 operational flight trainer is a simulator which dynamically simulates flight char. Utilizing hydraulic motion & a visual system to train flight crews in all phases of aircraftoperations. It is used to train aircrews to provide initial skill acquisition, transition training, and continuationtraining at each training site. Trainiing includes emeergency procedures, normal procedures, crew coordination, system operations and instrument training. It provides recurring training and evaluation of aircrew performance to determine compliance with the skill levelsrequired to accomplish the mission.
