Restraint, full body cuff (fbr), designed to securely transport prisoners when mobility is required; the hands are restrained at the hips on a waist belt with cuffs attached to a nylon strap through a buckle which allows one or both hands to be extended up to approximately 14 inches using a handcuff key or be retracted back to the hips by pulling on the nylon restraint strap. The leg or legs are restrained with a nylon strap loop passing through a buckle that is double lockable, and through another buckle which may then may be attached to the waist belt. The second buckle allows the leg or legs to be extended, with the use of a handcuff key, so the subject may walk or sit, or retracted up to immobilizing the subject, by pulling on the strap.
