Part Information
Pen shall consist of a plastic round upper wide barrel of 14.2 +/- 1mm (0.55 +/- 0.04 in.) diameter, decorated with a desert camouflage pattern, plunger shall be capped with the insignia of u.S. Department of defense; lower barrel shall consist of a rubber ribbed grip with a removable plastic nose cone tip for refill cartridge replacement; ink cartridge shall contain black permanent ink with medium point non-corrosive ball, an equivalent blue ink cartridge shall be provided; ink cartridge shall write a distance of 750 meters (2460 ft.); the length of the pen shall be 140 +/- 5mm (5.5 +/- 0.2 in.)
