Pen shall consist of a plastic round upper wide barrel of 14.2 +/-1mm (0.055 +/-0.04 in.) dia. With metallic silver finish, plastic plunger retraction mechanism with pocket clip in gold plated finish; lower barrel shall consist of a rubber ribbed grip with a removable plastic gold plated nose cone tip for refill cartridge replacement; ink cartridge shall contain black permanent ink with non-corrosive fine point ball; an equivalent blue ink cartridge shall be provided with a write-out distance of 750 meters (2460 ft); the o/a lg. Of the pen shall be 140 +/-5mm (5.5 +/-0.2 in.)
