The 7.0 minute of angl (moa)miniature reflex sight(mrs) red dot is a commercile off the shelf item manufactured by insight technology inc. It is a passive, red dot, reflex weapon sight designed for rapid target acquisition at the ranges of less then 150 meters. The mrs utilizes a red aiming dot that can br automatically or manually adjusted in brightness to acommodate chang in ambient lighting conditions. The mrs has a moa of 7.0.
