Features of the boots, such as steel toe, ansi class 75 impact and compression with a toe cushion, mildew resistant black full grain cow hide leather upper, and a removable cushion insert, outsole and heel shall be a one piece nitrile rubber unit consisting of a non-marking, oil and jet fuel resistant compound and traction tread design, permanently attached to the upper through a polyurethane direct attach method, and speed loops/eyelets and a comfort notch. The boot height shall be 9-10 inches
