Side sapi plate pocket gives the marine the best option for modularity and fitting; plate pocket is large enough to fit the 6 inch by 8 inch side plate and soft armor insert inside of it; the pocket features pals webbing on the outside of the pocket; this is so that once the pocket is attached to the cummerbund the marine does not have the marine does not have to sacrifice an attachment space
