Consists of the following components: front panel, back panel, cummerbund, cummerbund stays, shoulder pads, side plate pockets and assault pack attachment straps, the carrier includes soft armor conforming to the ballistic performance outlined in co/pd 00-02g dated 23 feb 2006 sewn into the front and back panels, the carrier utilizes a molle attachment system, as well as offset double rows of pals webbing, the carrier also has slots on the front vest section for utilizing a groin protector, a detailed care and manual is included
